Pterons Ltd was formed in 2025 as a spinout of the consulting activities of planarTECH, a provider of Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) systems to graphene & 2D materials researchers for over 10 years. Our management team has 25+ combined years of experience with carbon, graphene, 2D, & other nanomaterials, including a track record of success with integration of these materials into commercial products.

• 15+ years of technology bizdev in the Asian supply chain

  • Proven ability to take concepts from R&D to finished product
• Experienced at establishing new business from zero
  • Founded planarTECH in 2014, >$1 million turnover by 2015
